Coby is also a leading writer in the worlds of urban planning and real estate development, with a focus on exploring how to create more resilient, walkable, dynamic, and people-oriented communities. A graduate of the University of Virginia, Coby holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Environmental Planning, and a certificate from the McIntire School of Commerce.
